Free Byte Defender removal instructions

ByteDefender is another member of Wini family of rogues. It’s a program that pretends to be an antispyware program but in fact is a badware application seeking to rip computer users off.  ByteDefender spreads to computer systems with a help of Trojans. Usually computer uses downloads Trojans by themselves while watching some videos online. Some websites ask to download programs in order to watch videos there. Trojans often pretend to be those programs so computer users download them thinking that they are downloading some program that is necessary for watching videos.

The Trojan configures Byte Defender to start automatically right when computer is started. At first the program starts its scanner and pretends to check the system for infections. Unfortunately, Byte Defender doesn’t look for any real infections. It displays fabricated scan results and tells to remove them only to convince you into paying money for ByteDefender.

To make the situation look even worse, the program generates a bunch of pop up ads which report of spyware attacks and promotes Byte Defender as a solution to these attacks.

Make sure to get rid of ByteDefender right after noticing it on your computer. Do not become the one to pay money for cyber criminals.
