Free Personal Protector removal instructions

Rogue Antispyware:

Personal Protector is a rogue program from the same scammers of Personal Guard 2009. Basically, both programs are identical just with different names. PersonalProtector is advertised through the use of Trojans that display fake security alerts on the infected computer and via fake online scanners or other misleading websites. The fake alerts will suggest that you purchase Personal Protector in order to remove infections or system security threats and to protect yourself from possible virus attacks. Once Personal Protector is installed, it will be configured to start automatically when you boot your PC.

When running, it will supposedly scan your computer and state that you have a variety of infections on your computer and that you have to pay for a full version of the program to remove those infections. However, the truth is that all those infections are false and are being shown only to scare you into thinking that your computer is badly infected. At this point, you should agree that this is nothing more but a scam. What is more, Personal Protector will flood your PC with fake security alerts and notifications. It will even impersonate Windows Security Center in order to achieve its goals. Most importantly, do not buy it! Then do not delay and remove this infection from the system using well known and trusted anti-spyware application like Spyware Doctor.

NOTE! manual removal of Personal Protector might be dangerous if not performed carefully. We recommend using an automatic remover -Spyware doctor which decreases risk of harming your PC.
