Rogue Antispyware:

RegistryClever is a rogue security application that is distributed by recently created rogue antispyware programs IronDefense and IronDefender. RegistryClever doesn’t requite user’s permission to be installed and does that completely secretly.

The program is started with each computer reboot. Basically it looks like system scanner but one huge difference from a legitimate system scanner is that Registry Clever only imitates performing system scan. Then the program reports about some infections detected and recommends purchasing a license of RegistryClever in order to activate it and remove malicious files

The truth is that Registry Clever only attempts to make you pay for it without providing any services at all. It’s a scam application that must be avoided. You must remove RegistryClever immediately after its detection. Do not pay for it no matter what it would promise you.
