Free System Defender removal instructions

System Defender is a rogue program that at first glance looks like a legitimate anti-malware scanner. However, this is just another scam from the Virus Doctor family. It supposedly scans your computer and finds many serious security problems or infections, then alerts and prompts you to remove those infections. In order to remove infections you first need to purchase the program. This is the first sigh of a scam, because it asks you to pay for a program to remove the infections which do not actually exist. The reason that rogue program does this is to scare you into purchasing their software. When the program is installed, you will also find that your Internet Explorer has become hijacked. System Defender randomly inserting a message into Internet Explorer stating that the page you are going to has been blocked due to malware activity. Do not trust it and remove System Defender from the system as soon as possible as it is able to download more malware and so make the situation even worse.
