Windows Safety Checkpoint uses a fake scanner and imitates looking for infections. In fact this process is just being imitated. The program warns about a bunch of infections detected on your machine and recommends getting a full version of Windows Safety Checkpoint. Moreover, the program uses fake security notifications and pop up ads which warn that your system is infected.
