Windows Tool is a rogue antispyware program that was created by computer hackers in order to gain money from computer users. The program infiltrates using Trojan viruses and once inside the system, causes tons of annoying actions there which are all led by an offer to purchase a so called full version of Windows Tool.

The application also displays tons of security notifications and pop up ads which warn about system infections.
