Windows Utility Tool is a badware that spreads to computers through fake Microsoft Security Essentials alert that appears on the system out of nowhere and states that your computer is infected with a Trojan virus. The alert message says that your system is infected with a Trojan virus and recommends scanning your computer for infections. Then it runs system scan, displays more infections and offers downloading Windows Utility Tool in order to fix everything. Windows Utility Tool only imitates system scan as well and after displaying the infections it detected, the program asks you to pay for its license so it could remove all the treats. Actually Windows Utility is not able to detect or remove anything and its license will not help here. You have to remove Widows Utility Tool from your system as soon as you notice it there.
